Breaks will be included based on the schedule if needed. Regardless of the time together, we will start with some fun movements and icebreakers to loosen up the room. Depending on audience size, there will be participation-related giveaways during the session(s).
After the main or final session ends Asia loves to spend time with any participants who would like to talk more about any topics in the event, ask questions, share stories, get a hug, a selfie or some encouragement! Q&A or speaking up to connect can be intimidating among all our peers in a seated session. I have found after the session individually or smaller groups are where connections thrive and people feel most comfortable.
